Hoje vou começar um quadro no blog, onde pegarei uma música e analisar-lhe-ei. Para este quadro, estarei analisando músicas mais conhecidas, mais mainstream.
Como já visto no título, a música a ser analisada hoje é Trashed and Scattered, do Avenged Sevenfold. Escolhi esta música pois esta é a minha banda favorita e esta é umas das minhas músicas favoritas deles. Para começo de conversa vamos dar uma ouvidinha na música.
Primeiro vamos a algumas informações da música: ela tem 5:53min de duração, é o quinto single do terceiro álbum do Avenged, City of Evil. Esta música foi escrita por Matt Shadows, vocalista da banda.
Esta música se diferencia das demais, pois utiliza muito dos backing vocals, Synyster Gates e Zacky Vengeance, guitarristas da banda, cantam ou fazem som de fundo durante praticamente toda a música.
Outra coisa que chama a atenção na música são os solos. Eles são altamente utilizados durante a música, se prestar bem a atenção estão ocorrendo solos durante os versos, durante o refrão, etc.
Mas o principal ponto da música é a sonoridade, na verdade a variação dela. Durante ela vemos várias mudanças, vários ritmos, várias melodias. Tantas que na verdade, eles poderiam ter feito até 3 músicas com tantas melodias, mas fizeram apenas uma música quase perfeita.
A letra da música fala de um cara que foi enganado, traído por alguém que ele confiava muito. E durante toda a música ele fica xingando este impostor e falando que nada que ele fizesse ou falasse dele iria fazer diferença, pois o sangue dele é frio, eles apenas o farão desperdiçar o seu tempo. E no final da música dá a entender que ele matou esta pessoa.
